Epcot or Studios in the evening?

We're a morning family. On past trips we've always been able to be at each of the parks for opening at least once. This year we're trying Discovery Cove and Seaworld. That's going to leave us with just four mornings to visit 4 parks and Typhoon Lagoon. We definately want to do an Animal Kingdom and a Magic Kingdom morning. (I can't get out of Typhoon Lagoon. I have teen aged girls with new bikinis.) The question is which park should we do on our remaining morning and which on evenings only? Right now I'm leaning toward Epcot, but not sure. We like all the usual attractions (RnR, TOT, Test Track, Mission Space, etc.) So, which park is easier to see in the late afternoon/evening Studios or Epcot?

Thanks,
Jennifer

I love the World Showcase at night, it's such a festive atmosphere.

I also love Epcot at nite. World Showcase is beautiful and, if you want, you can see Illuminations. Future World is also very pretty at nite.

But I also love the lights and sounds of MGM at nite. The main drag has some great neon. Tower of Terror is particularly spooky.

If I had to pick only one, I guess it would be Epcot.

I'm honestly not sure which I'd pick...but with teenage girls I'd go with MGM.

Also there is boat that goes back and forth between MGM and Epcot, maybe you could do both? Do MGM, then if you aren't going to Fantasmic, hop on the boat and catch Illuminations at Epcot.

How could I forget Fantasmic! If you haven't seen it, or even if you have, that would definitely make me pick MGM over EPCOT.

If, on the other hand, you don't plan to do any show, then I would still pick EPCOT.

We'll be going to both parks at night during the week. My problem is giving up our "be there when the park opens" habit. I'm worried about monster lines at the must-sees (We'll be there in late June). Which is more manageable on a June night? The girls will want to ride the biggies both places and I'd like to accomodate them. Is it easier to get on TOT and RnR at the Studios or TT, MS and Soarin' at Epcot when you can't be there first thing in the morning? Regardless we'll be spending an evening at both parks during the week. I just don't know which one I should give up going to in the morning.

Does this sound as confusing as I think it does?

My two favorite parks at nightime. Both magical I supose it comes down to Illiminations or Fantasmic for me. If romance is involved EPCOT is just made for holding hands after dark.

Good luck in picking I don't think I could!

easier to get on tt and ms. use single rider line for test track.

MGM if you arrive early and use fast pass you can get all the major attractions in early. :goodvibes  :earsboy:

Fantasmic! is great, but you just can't beat the WS and Illuminations!

this will be our 1st time staying at an EpCot resort
so our 1st time being able to walk back from either at closings!
Have 2nights planned at each
