Epcot or Magic Kingdom...which is better for adults w/o kids???

DW and I are empty-nesters, but are truly of the kid.at.heart variety, so we'd pick MK easily. Nothing like walking through the park at sunset - and later - hand in hand as skies grow dark and the park lights up like a fantasy.
