Epcot or Magic Kingdom on Christmas day?

I originally had Epcot, but switched to Magic Kingdom when it opened up again. Now I’m sort of second guessing thinking Epcot might be more enjoyable....thoughts? Which would you do?

Side note- We have been numerous times during the holidays, but never on Christmas Day itself.

Magic kingdom is great for Xmas, and with crowd restrictions will not be as crowded as normal. Epcot has too many closed areas for work for my liking.

There’s something special about visiting each country in the WS on Christmas. I expect Crowds will be large and lines will be long even for COVID times so if that’s an issue, I’d do Epcot.

We were going to do MK originally, but got worried about it being too crowded so we opted for Epcot. If COVID weren't in play, we'd be fine battling the insane crowds at MK on Christmas, but we're trying to be careful, so we made the decision to skip it. It'll be our second Epcot day of our trip, and we're staying at BWV, so we're just going to have a low key day on Christmas. We'll do Frozen at rope drop, and the rest of the day we'll do whatever. Probably do the cookie stroll, we'll have lunch at the Holiday Kitchens, and we have dinner reservations at San Angel Inn. We'll try to catch Voices of Liberty and the Jammitors for sure. And because it's our last day before heading back to the airport early the next morning, we'll undoubtedly spend a lot of time in Mousegear buying stuff we absolutely don't need but think we can't live without in the moment, LOL!

With the crowd capacity still in place, I think I would do MK. While I suspect it will be at capacity, it will still be much less than previous years.
Agree with too many attractions still closed in EPCOT.

I let my GF pick. She opted for MK on the 24th and Epcot on the 25th.
We are also doing Wine Bar George for Xmas Eve dinner, so I figure after a couple bottles of wine the night before, we'll get up when we get up Xmas Day, run over to Epcot spend a couple hours riding rides, go back to the hotel (Swan) and rest for a while, then go back and eat/drink our way around WS.

LOL...I woke up this morning, checked the forecast for Orlando...and totally revamped the plan. We'll be at MK for Christmas Day. Not gonna lie...it makes me giddy to think about it. I'm heartened by the fact that this close I can easily switch park reservations around and get whatever park I want for whatever day. Fingers crossed that means crowds will be even more manageable than I'd hoped.

I dont think it will make much difference as far as crowds go between the 2 parks, both are going to be crazy. Even though there are less people in the park the wait times for rides, food and shopping are going to be insane. As far as MK, navigating around the park might be much easier with less people but the wait times will be just as bad if not worse than normal xmas times. Which ever u finally settle on, just have the expectation that wait times are going to be insane and less people doesn't equal less wait times. Ill be at MK on Xmas eve so im wishing us both luck. I personally don't go for the rides, just being there is enough so ill have fun either way.

Thanks everyone! We kept MK...we fully expect not to be able to ride a bunch of rides, but I decided that was the atmosphere I wanted for Christmas Day 😊. Sad we cannot park hop to Epcot in the afternoon, but maybe next time!
