Epcot or HS for 2 days during Christmas season?

We are undecided on if we should do 2 days at Epcot or 2 days HS? We like both parks equally and have been to both many times.
We have not been during the Christmas season, but one time a long time ago. This will be the week after Thanksgiving, so not during a super busy time. No little ones just adults.
We already have plans for 2 days at MK.

Sorry I should have mentioned that we are doing each one for one day. We also have a day at AK and 2 days MK.
We have an extra park ticket to go another park our last day.

This and the Festival of Holidays booths. I actually usually have PHs and spend the majority of my time in the Christmas season at both HS and Epcot. I like the festival at Epcot but love the decorations at HS.

Yes this is what I’m thinking. We want to do the Candlelight Processional, Space 220, and check out the Festival of the Holidays.
