epcot on arrival day

We have an early morning flight on 6/26 and will get to Disney very early in the afternoon. Have park passes and a reservation at the nice Mexican restaurant in Epcot at 6pm. (Sorry I see the name of the restaurant all the time and I still don't know it). We also have a full day there a couple days later in the trip. What Fast pass+ would you recommend for this day to fit around our dinner and still be able to catch illuminations and not have a crazy first day? Thanks for all your help! (Don't care about mission space btw)

You could do just about any attraction (except for Ellen) and make the 9PM IllumiNations.
