There aren’t any dessert parties, but last year they had a dinner with private viewing at La Hacienda. This link has some more info

It is quite a bit more expensive than a dessert party though. We did the dessert party too at MK but ended up not doing anything at Epcot on the 31st. I’m all honesty you really don’t need reserved viewing for Epcot. There are so many places and most people don’t pick a spot until about an hour or an hour and a half before midnight unless they wanted to be right up front. You can be a few rows back and see everything fine. Many people only stopped in their spots when the fireworks started. If you still want to reserve viewing then I heard that the La Hacienda dinner was great.
There was also a dinner at Monsieur Paul’s and World Showplace, but I don’t think they had reserved viewing of fireworks. Have fun!!
