Lines at EMH at EP build pretty quickly just because there isn't that much open, but I think they're still better than later in the day.
The order you do them depends on the makeup of your family. If FEA is a HIGH priority and you can't get a FP+ for it, then I'd probably head there first. If FEA and TT are an equal priority, and no FP+, I'd do TT first, then FEA, and then Soarin'. However, that does have you doing quite a bit of walking in that first hour AND you'll want to be back at Soarin' before regular park opening to beat the guests coming in at that time. If TT can be done with single rider line, then I'd probably leave that one for last and do FEA, Soarin' TT.
My advice is to get a FP+ for FEA for late morning, early afternoon, and spend your EMH and morning in Future World.
