Epcot morning EMH while staying at a monorail resort

My family and I are currently staying at the Bay Lake Tower. Arriving at a park before it opens has always been a priority, but the new hours for the Epcot monorail are confusing us. How do we get to Epcot before an early park opening (8am)? Cast members have given us a million different answers. We've heard that the monorail to Epcot never starts before 8, but also that the only way to get to Epcot is the monorail unless it breaks down and then they will start running buses. We don't know who to believe. So, come 6:50am, should we be at the bus stop or on the monorail platform?Help please!! Thank you

Your best bet? Ask a monorail CM. They are the ones that will give you the most reliable info.
I will say that Disney has dropped the ball on this issue. A lot of guests seem to be getting incorrect info, or conflicting answers.

Bus to the TTC, bus to Epcot.

When we were there at the end of sept, they ran dedicated buses to Epcot in the mornings. The monorail employees told us bus to ttc and then transfer to bus to Epcot but when we went downstairs there was an Epcot bus pulling up.

That was before the monorails returned to their normal schedule at the end of September.

Currently, on those days when EMH mornings at Epcot start at 8 a.m., the Epcot Monorail is scheduled to start operation at 7:30 a.m.
