EPCOT monorail issues 8/28?

Does anyone know anything about what was happening on the monorail this evening? When we were coming back to the Contemporary around 8:45, both sides of the EPCOT line had a monorail on hold and a sheriff car followed us into the resort property with it's lights on. He said something about an incident on the monorail and I'm super curious.

Strange. I know that when we were leaving EPCOT after fireworks/close last night it was open but taking forever. The workers said that only one train operating was going so it was 10 mins there and 10 mins back.
