Epcot Minus A Festival

This year the Food and Wine begins on August 31.
So it looks to be only June, July and first 3 weeks of August that have no festival activities.

To be fair, the 31st is really the last day of August, which means that pretty well the entire month is festival free, minus one day. I wouldn't write off the entire fourth week of the month for a single day of Food and Wine.

We went to Epcot on a weekday in March 2016 when the Flower and Garden Festival was going on. It wasn't the crowded then.
