I haven't been to Disney in almost 8 years. What are the best spots (QS or TS) for lunch at EPCOT?

We love the CS in France. I forget what it's called. In our family World Showcase offers something to make everyone happy food wise

QS: Tangierine Cafe in Morocco - lamb shawarma is my must-do QS meal every trip.

Les Halles is the QS in France and also very good.

Our favorite is LeCellier for soup and pretzel bread! YUM!!! Oh and beer!!! :)

Tutto Italia or Coral Reef. We have only done dinner at Chefs and LC but they are also favorites.

Last month, for lunch we ate at Teppan Edo and also Rose and Crown on another day. As far as the atmosphere and experience, they were both fun. Luckily, we were seated in the patio section on the water at Rose and Crown - really nice view. Food at both was good - nothing spectacular, but nice to have good fish and chips; it was fun to have the food cooked at our table at Teppan Edo.

Sunshine Seasons has the most immediate variety in one place. The food there has been fine, but not awesome. If you're looking for a quick service meal, I highly recommend just touring World Showcase and eating your way around the 'World.' For Table Service we like Chefs de France, San Angel Inn, and Garden Grill. We just enjoy the atmosphere of those places the best and the food is quite good too.

Of course, I believe that when at Disney, ice cream and sorbet are totally acceptable forms of lunch. Thus, I recommend L'Artisan de Glace.

For QS we like Katsura Grill in Japan (curry chicken cutlet!) and Sommerfest in Germany (bratwurst and paprika chips!).

Also, for a good value, you can go to Joy of Tea in China and get the Lucky Combo (3 egg roll/chicken pockets, a drink and an ice-cream for about $12).

Coral Reef is good. We also like to just snack around the world for lunch (Norway and France are my favorites).

French Pavillion, I believe the Patisserie or Les Halles. Can't remember the name but OMG, the sandwiches are good but the desserts are to die for. My wife and I get a sandwich and share it then we each pick two desserts, making for a total of four and share those. Can't walk for about an hour afterwards but it is soooooo good.

The wine cart! Oh wait...food...

Going from least $ to most $$ my favs are Via Napoli, San Angel Inn, Chef's de France, Tutto Italia and my mosst favorite is Le Cellier. I actually haven't done many QS in Epcot with so many amazing TS to choose from.

For QS...Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in Norway is great. Good sandwiches and the desserts are awesome.

For TS...Biergarten is my choice. Good fun and good food

Epcot of them all has SO MANY options especially if considering TS and QS. I would narrow it down to types of food you like, look at your potential schedule, look up available ADRs for your day, then check their menus. It really is so personal.

FOR ME: I'm not interested in food I can get at home, unless imagineering is over the top. So I never look at Mexico or China or Italy or Japan. If I want QS there are just a few I look at these days for menu and quality. O
