Epcot lunch-pick 2-Chef, Tutto, or San Angel?

Please help us decide!!! I have made change after change for our Dec. trip for my DD 8th B-day! We have never eaten at any of the restaurants listed, and we are also trying to do La Hacienda and Garden Grill is a must and set in stone for DD. We have 2 days at Epcot, 14th and 15th, and will have DDP. We will pay for one lunch, and use 3 tables for 1 more lunch and 2 dinners for those 2 days. Trying to decide which 2 restaurants to do for lunch-San Angel, Chef's, or Tutto. Please help! My daughter really wants to see Remy, my Dad(who never goes w/ us) loves Mexican food, so as it stands now we have San Angel for lunch on 14th(paying for), GG for dinner(DP), 15th Tutto lunch(DP), and Chef and La Hacienda for dinner(1.5 hr apart) and are planning on deciding last minute(we also really want to try La Hacienda) Please tell us which two restaurants you'd pick for lunch out of 3 or if you'd keep our current plans.

Chefs definitely then I would try the new San Angel! Chefs is one of our must dos! YUMMY!

Tutto and San Angel Inn...they are fantastic!

I would drop chefs. We were there 9/3 and didn't like our entrees or the service. Our waitress was just rude and had no idea how to ring up the dining plan which I thought was weird considering free dining had started at least a week earlier.

I was going to say almost the same thing about Tutto:We ate there last year & felt the waiter couldn't be bothered with us once he found out we were on the plan. The food was 2x the price as our local Carrabbas and no where near as good.
Thankfully we had a free DDP last year so that took some of the sting out.My DH who loves pasta dishes said we don't have to bother going back to it even with a free DDP.

I would keep San Angel (for the awesome atmosphere) and Tutto.
