Epcot lounge?

I definitely think they are told to limit to 1 snack and that's ok. But they kind of make you feel like you're being greedy even asking for one!

I agree. I think if they just politely said “oh I’m sorry, only one per guest” that would be completely understandable. At least we know for next time!

We lucked out. When we went Jan 12, there was no line to get in and we were able to get seats right away. The CM there even helped us set up DH's DVC account online (he was jealous his entrance light wasn't purple).

Quick note on this comment - the lounge isn't paid for by dues. It's an incidental benefit, paid for by DVD in an effort to lure future buyers.

Wow, I guess we've been lucky as far as snacks go. Every time we or just I have been there, the snack cart comes around.Since we usually go there just after we've eaten, I've always politely declined the snacks.

I’ve seen rumors that it’s temporary. It will probably close for sure once they begin upgrading that part of Epcot.

I just wanted to add that there is another mystery "lounge" over Test Track with a phenomenal view! Last year I let the girl talk to me about a new vehicle (my lease was running up) and although I am loyal to Hondas, when she found out DH had a GMC she gave us passes up to the lounge. we had some lemonade and just sat for a while looking at the view, then got 2 fastpasses..which was awesome because we had only been in the new car sales area because the line for the ride was too long! AND it has bathrooms. It is also for people who work for GM and its associated dealerships.
So if you are a loyal Chevy/GMC person don't automatically shoo away the salespeople!

That's so great! I was lucky enough to get up there once, as a guest of others, and I was so impressed I whispered with awe. The other woman had to remind me "You talk like you're in church." Well, it was pretty magical!

Just received a 2018 Membership Magic booklet in the mail and it mentions snacks are provided in the EPCOT Lounge. At least it’s in writing now!

You must be a "qualified" owner for the Epcot lounge, if DVD is paying for reunion station you will have to be qualified and pay for entrance. TOTWL is paid for by BLT owners so all can enter there.

We have enjoyed all it has to offer as well .Never had more than a ten minute wait to check in and be let up. We never had to wait for drinks and snacks come out often enough .We find it to be a really nice thing for members to enjoy and we hope they keep it going

I love the lounge as a break from heat/crowds/tired feet. We’ve never had a problem getting in. I just don’t understand the interest in the snacks – it’s just bags of chips isn’t it?

We forgot to stop by in 2016. It was suppose to be temporary 2 years ago

We will be there this August, we definitely need to check it out. Just to keep cool and get a drink.
