Epcot Lounge Refurb?

I noticed in the latest Disney Files Magazine, they mention that the Epcot DVC Lounge is being refurbished. Is it closed right now? Do we know a timeline?

They are refurbished it. I went last month and it was open

That was the first time I had been in there. What I noticed looked like new furniture and a photo wall

Went today. Totally open. Looked like new furniture. Hope the carpet wasn’t new, as it was already dirty.

I never understood the lounge. The majority of the times I've gone there I've been told there's a waitlist to get up. Who wants to schedule a break? Maybe I just have bad luck.

We've never been turned away, so it's got to just be bad timing.

A few days ago they had a 5 minute wait. It was enough time to use the restroom and browse the gift shop. They send text message when it's OK to go up.

More often than not, there is space immediately available (in my experiences.)
