I need some help on the new restaurant in Italy. First of all are there now 2 restaurants in Italy - one a sit down and the other a pizza restaurant. What are their names and are they both now open? Thanks for the help everyone.

Thank you Mickey Fliers. For some reason, I thought one of them was only for pizza. So now it seems there are two choices of sit downs in Italy.

you're right to be confused!! via napoli was originally supposed to be a quick service restaurant just serving pizza and now its become a full scale sit down restaurant with delicious but highly overpriced pizza....I don't really understood why they decided to make it a sit down place when you already have the inferior (in my opinion) tutta

Via Napoli was never scheduled to be a quick service restaurant, that is just something that was assumed when it was announced it would be a pizza restaurant.

It is owned and operated by the same group that owns Tutto Italia. They have a similar restaurant at Disneyland and another in New York City.

There are still rumors abounding that Via Napoli will put in a carryout window but this has not been confirmed.

I can only vouch for Disneyland, but they are fantastic! As far a quick service on our end, Naples has a satellite next door called "Napolini" and they sell slices and salads and the most awesome tarts and dough-knots (knots of dough smothered in garlic butter, or herbs and cheese). A magical stew of awesomeness. I can't wait to go and compare the two.:cool2::cool2:

The 'overpriced' pizza isn't necessarily overpriced. is it more expensive than the cheap cheese and canned tomato sauce pizza's we get all over the country? Of course. All the ingredients are fresh and of higher quality. All of the Neopolitan pizzeria's by me sell their pizzas for exactly the same price. $15-$20 for an individual pie.
