Epcot Italy for Ceremony??

Until last week, my fiancé and I had been 'planning' on having our wedding at Seabreeze point and we're not even considering any of the Epcot locations because of the time constraints. After seeing some pictures of locations around Italy, we are now considering an early Saturday morning ceremony (maybe 10AM) here. Does anyone have any experience with this? Also, where would you recommend we then go for our reception lunch (we're not looking for dancing, just a dinner for our 30-40 guests)

All ceremonies and pictures need to be completely DONE in Epcot by 10:30 am. So you might want to start the ceremony at 9 or 9:30 am.

There's an upstairs room at American Adventure called the AA VIP room that would work for your guests, or the Living Seas VIP room. Both of those only require the $75 pp minimums. If you want to splurge you could go with Bistro de Paris, which has a $4000 F&B minimum, but that's only $100 pp for 40 people - not that high for your guests list. Figure $40 pp for an open bar and $60 pp meal.
