It's crazy but I love that they did it!

That is the point of the "video".

They took 5,151 INDIVIDUAL photos and pieced it together into a "motion" picture...

They had the main guy keep still to increase the effect.

I know! However, the video is DATED March 19... from Flower and Garden festival and I saw the Lotso topiary in the video, so it is recent!
