What about child quick service credits can they also be used to get three snacks ???

There’s no such thing as a “child” quick service credit. All quick service credits are equal.

I did not know that I thought they could see it is a child CS credit and would make you order off the child menu

Technically a family of 4 walk up to qs counter. The children should order off the children's menu

At this time, not strictly enforced

At any point this can change and or disney can create child credits

For now use em any how you want!
