Epcot GS for GAC

Epcot has Eveing Magic hours the night we arrive, and we're thinking about going for a couple hours. Will GS be open after 8:00pm to get DS's GAC for the trip?

Yes. Guest Relations remain open from the time the first Guest enters the Park (including morning EMH and pre-opening dining) until the last Guest has actually left the Park.
