Epcot France Dining...

are there any France restaurants or terraces that can be booked "under" the "eiffel tower" while we enjoy some wine, cheese and desserts????

Only at the Boulangerie Patisserie - the pastry shop and the tables outdoors are first come first serve. Not sure that you can see the tower from that back alley but that would be the only way.

The other two resturants Chef's and the Bistro are indoor resturants and have no views of the Eiffel Tower that I am aware of.

No view of the Eiffel Tower from the bakery either. However it is very charming. I've never been to France, but outside by the pastry shop is what I've always imagined a sidewalk cafe in France to look like.

There is a fountain in front of the tower, between Chefs de France and the gardens on the right. There are benches or you can sit on the edge of the fountain. Nothing you can reserve, and it could get crowded, but we've often found it a relaxing spot to have a snack and people watch.

The bakery is quick service, but has delectable desserts and the outside tables really add to the ambiance. We love sampling a strawberry tart and almond croissant with some wine from the nearby shop in that alley.

Have you been there yet? Not sure if you're aware how tiny the Epcot Eiffel Tower really is...

The building it sits on is partially the entrance to the movie theater and partially a store/Kidcot/seating area for the Boulangerie Patisserie. You can get pastries and sit inside there, or you can sit outside - if you take your pastries and walk out to the area where you can sit around the fountain near Chefs de France, you might be able to see the tower from there.

There are no TS restaurants inside the Eiffel Tower (it's too small for that), nor is there one that has a view of the tower.
