Does anyone know yet if there is some type of Dining pkg or dessert party tied in with Epcot Forever?

The Epcot Forever Dining Package at Rose & Crown became available to book yesterday through March.

i definitely misread that. Sorry for the confusion. I just went back to look and it states "dining plan entitlements may NOT be used". Chalk it up to wishful thinking.....
