Where can I get a lot of info about this??
What days in Oct. this year??
Has anyone been there?
Was it fun? Is there a lot of food?
Any insight would be helpful!
Thanks!

It was a lot of fun in November!! Something new to experience at WDW. Lots of food to try, but it can get expensive! Try www.wdwig.com for a lot of information. Go to Morocco and get the cous cous w/ veggies, it was so good! Have fun!

It usualy runs from mid to late October through most of November. There are a bunch of tents set out that offer food and drinks for between 1 and 3 dollars. We go at night and use the sample portions as our dinner. It's too much to eat all in one pass but it is lots of fun!!!! :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Not sure of the exact dates but we've been twice during the last 2 weeks of October, we'll be there again this year :Pinkbounc :bounce: and are looking forward to the Festival.

If it's only on (check the official WDW website) for part of the time you are in Orlando, make sure you visit Epcot while it is on. Definitely worth it. Mini portions of world foods (and wine and beer) for $1-$4, most at $2 and $3.

Not sure how authentic it is, because the UK stall was selling something I'd never heard of  , but it was great fun anyway. Ate far too much!

This is a great way to try new and different dishes and drinks. They served a sangria at the Africa stand that was to "die for." There was a very interesting "history of beer-making" tour by Sam Adams near the USA buildings. Good Luck!

you are gonna love the food and wine festival! My suggestion is to attend as many of the "educational" seminars as possible. They will be on the F&WF schedule you pick up upon entry to the park. Last year's Pommery champaign seminar was simply wonderful. There are several others as well. They are more than simply tasting the products, you get to learn all about them, giving you a deeper understanding and appreciation for what goes into the products. Lots of fun and you get to meet all sorts of interesting people as well. Wonderful!

We went in Nov. 01. I would not recommend it at night with little kids. There were tons of drunk people walking around & bumping into my kids, it was very scarry for them. I don't know remember how many people we seen dropping wine bottles or spilling drinks. It would have been much more fun without the kids.
