anyone who has experienced the food and wine festival at Epcot, how much did you spend?

Just looking for a rough idea, last time I walked through and wanted to try every area possible but looked expensive so next year I want to save towards it

2 adult males who try just about everything except most of the desserts and who mostly drink cocktails (not much beer or wine) , probably between $500-600 between us. But in all honesty, we don't really pay much attention.

I would think $100 per person would be a good estimate especially if you don't do a ton of Alcohol. It depends on the amount of food you eat.

My husband and I spent 1 full day and 2 half days at food and wine earlier this month. We don't really drink, but tried 2-3 wines and the hard cider flight. We ate in every country, but split a lot of things. We totaled about $250. Charging everything to the magic band was convenient and a good way to see the aftermath of everything we bought.

DH and I did F&W this past Fall. We were there from about 3pm-8pm. We each got about 3 drinks (alcoholic), and we split about 7 snacks from different booths. We spent probably right around $100. Depends on how many booths you want to try and if you want your own portion or are willing to share it. Not every booth had something that interested us, so we made a list before we went which helped our timing as well. The upside to sampling at F&W is that you won't have to pay for a lunch or dinner on that day so that helps too!

we allow for 10 items each which is about $60-$70pp - depends on the mix of food and alcohol

We always go back for more if we have spends left near the end of the trip

We love to try a lot of different items so we might be on the high side, but over the course of the entire F&W we probably spend $500 between the two of us. Sure some of that is a repeat. I'd think that over a few days an "average" couple could wind up spending $200-300.

Between my husband and me it was less than $100. Maybe around $80-ish. The kids had an item or two as well. (Their lunch was ice cream in France.) While I would have wanted to eat more, the samples we had were quite filling. I had expected to spend more.

We did leave the food and wine part around 5:30. Ended up having dinner in the land because we were hungry by 7:30. But we had planned to be gone by that time anyway.

DH & I take 4-5 days to do F&W each year as our fall Disney trip. We divide the area into sections doing one section each day. We get one of each food item and a few of the specialty drinks from the booths. We spend about $500 a year just on those items alone. This past year it was closer to $600 as they had a few more booths and the prices went up from the previous year.

I assume you mean "per day"? And do you mean just on food or include F&W souvenirs/pins etc.? Hard for me to answer as we typically go for more than a week and some days we spend little and others we spend a lot ($$$$). For a whole day not skimping I would guess that we might easily spend $200/person at a minimum (bare minimum)?

The question and answers here need to be qualified by how many days you attend the festival. When I do a F&W trip, I spend probably 6 afternoon/evenings in Epcot and try to sample at almost every booth, many time multiple items per booth. This can easily become $500-600 over the 6 days. But doing thins, I don't eat any TS or CS meals, just graze the booths. If you only attend one day, $100 is probably a good estimate.

I was there over the course of 5 nights, 6 days, was at the festival every day of the trip. Some days I was there only for a few hours, some all day. I attended 3 wine seminars at $15 each (I got the AP discount so I think they were $13) and 2 culinary seminars. I also did the food and wine pairing at Spice Roads, I don't remember how much that was but I think it was somewhere between $70 and $90. I bought a $100 gift card the first day and filled it up with another $50 at some point during the trip for the booths. I think I did use some of it for something at one of the other parks. I did get a glass of Dom though, which was over $30 so if I hadn't done that, it was possible I could have gotten away with $100. I got something at every booth, usually a food item, sometimes a drink if I didn't like the food (Poland I'm looking at you). I don't think I got more than one thing at each booth (don't remember) but did do every booth. The only TS meal I did was Tea at the Grand Floridian. I did eat breakfast every morning and ate all my other meals (remember I had the food and wine pairing one day) at the booths.

I had a $100 Disney gift card purchased from Target (for a 5% discount using the Target card) and used it all over the course of 3 days. I also had the Premium Package and used the entitlements towards the most expensive items, which were mostly the drinks/cocktails. I imagine had I not done the Premium Package I would have purchased the less expensive Sampler Package and used those entitlements the same way (mostly for drinks).

So I'd go with $150 - $200 for 3-4 days depending on how much time you spend in Epcot. This is just for the kiosks and doesn't take into account any special meals or deminars which are extra.

DH and I have been 3 years in a row. The 2 of us spend about $150 each and that is over a couple days.

DH and I spent probably $200ish during 2 days of Food and Wine this year. We did use a few snack credits for food, but mostly we paid OOP for things. A big portion of that was spent on drinks.

At both Flower and Garden and Food and Wine I spent around $100 on my bigger eating days where I was also drinking. I actually used my park hopper and went to Epcot daily my last trip to eat at the stalls for lunch and it ended up saving me money. I didn't drink that much alcohol during the lunch trips so that took the price down a little.
