Epcot Food and Wine Festival

Anyone know the dates for the Epcot Food and Wine festival for 2003? I'm trying to plan a trip so I am there during it.

According to here It states that it is normally mid-Oct to the week before Thanksgiving. I did a quick search and was not able to find specific dates for it yet.

I'm not sure of the dates but when I went 5 years ago it was in November.
