Epcot Food and Wine festival ??

we've booked a whole huge 1 night off from the kids whilst on vaca!

so my question is - where can I find out all about the Epcot food festival? I've looked at WDW website and its nothing really. I'd like to know if its on every night, until what time and if we just mooch around eating and drinking all over the place or if theres a specific "tour" or something you can do.

Its there everynight as long as you are there during the dates its held. There is music and stands at each country for food for you to buy to sample. There are also at least two wine tours, where you pay like $8 and you get to sample 4 types of wine from a county. We did Australia and England last year. There are also some really cool events like Party for the Senses which cost extra. DH was really bummed I didn't tell him about that last year.

Info for this year isn't out yet. But this will give you an idea what it's all about. It's our favorite time to go. It's becoming a yearly event for us.
