Two phones the first one through got as wait time of 75 minutes second one through got a wait time of 74 minutes right at 7. Took 2 minutes to get the wait times.

I called at exactly 7 am Disney time and was quoted 68 minutes at 7:07 am. Why all the discrepancies in wait times?

Once again you have to love the Disney phone system.

I expect I got the black hole since NO one else calling at 7 has reported the 2.5 hour wait time. (ANd it happens more then you think. I once called for the DVC member cruise on another line after 2 hours on hold on line one. 30 minutes later line two let me in, hung up on it and line 1 was still on hold. I let it go 4 hours. No pick up. Sent Disney a message and got "sorry" Then I had it happen for Food and Wine LOL! They have no incentive to fix things, since they are not going to loose money!)

Got right in at 7:00!! Woohoo!! Was thinking about premium package but CM didn't have specifics!! So I booked sampler package. Soo excited!!

I called constantly for 2 minutes before lines opened. When they finally opened, I couldn't get through with the message stating all circuits were busy. Finally got through and wait time is 104 minutes. We'll see. Not real happy since I usually get through a lot quicker.

My second phone has a 5 minute earlier wait time!

I don't understand why everything isn't available to book online. I'd rather not talk to these people (or wait on the phone). Makes zero sense.
