Epcot flower show

I just realized that my trip in May will coincide with the flower show. Has anyone ever been? Are there demonstrations like the food & wine festival?

Love, love, love the flower and garden show. There will be special topiaries all over the park and they bring tons of extra plants and flowers. In the other half of the innovations building there is a room set up for planting/etc. seminars. (they will differ each week-you can check Deb's site for schedule) There is also usually a display of art and garden merchandise there. They also have special concerts each weekend. For kids(and adults that act like kids) they have a butterfly house, playground, ladybug release. It is a beautiful display and much needed after a long winter.
