EPCOT Fireworks dining question

All of our plans changed because part of our group changed their mind about coming in 2 weeks. So I'm trying to get a fireworks dining reservation for harmonious. I was able to get a 7 pm at Rose and Crown but I think that's too early for fireworks. Thoughts? And having never been there - are all seats good seats for fireworks or is there indoor and outdoor seating so some seats won't see fireworks. I'm happy to keep looking too

Same question for Hacienda San Angel?
Any thoughts or suggestions?

We were there the week of the 16th, and I don’t think I would worry about dinner reservations for harmonious. We went to the 8 pm Broadway show at the grandstand and after the show walking back towards France we had lots of areas to choose from with good viewing. I think the Hacienda San Angel would be a better view, if you really wanted to watch with dinner. We didn’t eat there, so don’t know how they handle seating for fireworks.
The Rose and Crown is more of a side view, and we ate there with the Broadway package ( was not needed but we had excellent seats close to stage). The fish and chips were fine, but the shepards pie was not. It was our only disappointing meal.
