Epcot Fireworks and Restaurant View

Hi-we are arrving in Tampa at 5:30pm on Feb 14, so we probably won't be to Disney in time to see the MK fireworks. Is there any restaurant with an Epcot fireworks view? Does anyone have a link to a fireworks time?

Britain has a good view if you like that type of food. They have great outdoor seating facing the fireworks. Also Mexico has a casual-informal outdoor cafe. Most of the other restaurants like France and Japan have a blocked view.
