Epcot Festivals: How Much Do the Bands Make?

I was at one of the Eat to the Beat concerts the other day and was curious what kind of compensation the bands get. Not sure if anyone has knowledge of the festival inner workings, but they must be a pretty solid gig to draw some of the more high profile artists.

I was wondering:

- Do all the bands get paid the same flat rate?
- Any rough idea what they earn?
- Does Disney put them up in a resort hotel?
- Any perks like free park admission for their families? Is dining covered?
- Do they get security while on property?

Many moons ago I dated a drummer who played Eat to the Beat 2 years in a row. No idea of the actual dollar amount, but they made a bit more than their usual contract rate for other shows. They did get rooms and they must’ve gotten park tickets because we went to MK together during his off hours and I know I didn’t buy him a ticket (I bought my own and paid for my own room for another friend and me). No meals, but there was a tasty spread backstage during their performances! They didn’t have a lot of downtime due to timing of rehearsals/sound checks so it was pretty much work for them - that’s why I brought a friend.
