Hey! We are going to disney the end of September.

Currently we have frozen FP in the evening. it is killing me that I don't have a soarin fastpass. So, here is where I need your expertise.

Is it better to do all 3 fast passes in the am (we would have to rope drop Frozen), so that you can use more later? Currently we just made them all for after 4:00 because that is when we could get Frozen.

Does anyone know how long people are waiting for Frozen at rope drop? AND how long are the lines getting for Soarin these days?

Thanks in advance!

1. That is one method of utilizing FP+.
There are devotees of that...
and so many other schemes that it's impossible to
make a blanket recommendation.

2. As you indicated, the plan can heavily depend just what FPs are available to you, at what time.

I would keep what you have.
FEA is crazy all day RD or not.
A FP+ is your golden ticket.

RD Soarin.
With the addition of the 3rd theater the SB wait time isn't too bad.

I seldom fool with trying to get additional FPs and just put my 3 starting in the early afternoon hen lines have gotten longest. I would not expect to be able to get a "good" one as a 4th or 5th of the day anyway.

The wait times for Soarin haven't been bad all summer/fall. They peak at mid day and the drop again in the evening. I wouldn't give up the Frozen FASTPASS if i were you. Even at rope drop Frozen averages around 30 mins.

You don't need an FP+ for Soarin. I would rope drop Soarin honestly. The lines aren't too bad and really move fast. However if you plan on doing Test Track, I would switch your FP+ to TT.

I was there a couple weeks ago.
TT had a wait time of 60 minutes or less most of the day.
FEA had a wait time of 90-120 minutes all day.

Ahh ok, well some days it happens, but usually I always found TT to be longer. I was there in the beginning of august. Frozen ranged between 60-75 min. TT was 85-90 min. Also just to point out maybe that was what was posted, but the actual wait times were shorter. A lot of times Frozen's posted wait time is a huge overestimation. Also I was there in the summer.

The other thing is that Test Track usually opens 15-25 min after rope drop, so lines can really build up before the ride even starts running. They started doing that two months ago due to technical reasons according to cast members.

At Epcot, I would absolutely RD Soarin and keep the FEA for 4pm. I didn't find much value (at a low crowd time) in the FP+ at Epcot, outside FEA because Soarin was SO easy to ride in the mornings, and our family isn't crazy about Test Track anymore, although we used to be. So many people are trying to RD FEA and with the 3rd theater for Soarin it is just so easy to ride first thing. We did Epcot 3 times, and 2/3 our FEA was in the afternoon. The one day it was in the morning I was able to get a 4th for TT, but there was nothing available for Soarin as a 4th. TT is just "extra" for us, not a must do, like Soarin is. FEA is also worth the FP+ in my opinion!
