Epcot F+W/EMH Question - Are Booths Open during EMH?

We're going to be staying on property (Boardwalk Inn) from Oct 19 to Oct 25. I know that Oct 20 (the Friday night) is an EMH at Epcot. Will the booths for F+W be open during those three hours?

I'd hope so, cause we're having a relatively early dinner (5pm) that night and I should have room for F+W food/beverages after we leave Fantasmic! (since Epcot will be open 'til Midnight!) in the late evening...

We'll be there too on Oct 20! I was wondering how most people think the crowds will be at Epcot this night. We have MNSSHP the day before (10/19) and planned on just hopping on day between MGM in the morning and then head to Epcot in the late afternoon and staying until close time (we are stay at Pop). I noticed MK will have another MNSSHP on Fri 10/20, so will that help keep the crowds down at Epcot in the evening of 10/20? Or will Epcot still be crowded due to the F & W and because of the EMH? Any thoughts?
