EPCOT F&W advance booking question

This will be our first year coming down for food and wine. Got an email today from DVC re: advance booking beginning tomorrow. Does anyone know from prior years whether I'll be able to book regular weekend events beginning tomorrow (specifically the saturday tequila lunch or Italian Regional Food & Wine Luncheon), or only the weekday events that are discounted for DVC members?
 
For DVC / Annual Passholders - you can book ANY of the Culinary Demos, Wine Demos and Mixology demos that are held at the Festival Center. This includes any on the weekends - I just made mine this morning for 10/28.

However, all other events (PFTS, Regional Lunch, Signature dinners, etc.) open for booking on the 14th.
 
No, you cannot book the Tequila Lunch or Italy Regional Lunch today, only the Festival Center seminars and demonstrations. Booking for everything else opens August 14.
