Epcot Extra Magic Hour Evenings

I saw the list of attractions and restaurants that are scheduled to be open during Extra Magic Hours on the Disney website, but it only lists certain attractions in World Showcase and not the whole pavillion. If El Rio del Tiemo and Maelstrom are scheduled to be open, does that mean the entire pavillion would be open too, or just that ride? Also, we're planning to be there during the Food & Wine Festival, do they keep any of the festival booths open during Extra Magic Hours?

The pavilions are always open late. It's just the rides or shows that close at a certain time. The gift shops are usually open until the park closes.

What about the festival booths for the Food & Wine Festival? Are they open during the EMH (evening)?
