Epcot evening EMH?

If you are already in Epcot but are not a resort guest, can you continue to walk around after Illuminations, so long as you don't try to go on a ride? Or do they shoo you out somehow?

I’ve seen them check magic bands.

They don't kick you out. You just can't ride. They are still happy to have you spend money.

And PM EMH in World Showcase is a GREAT time to visit with the ICMs-very low crowds in the 'Case once the IllumiNations crowd departs.
