This will be our first time to Epcot. The only ride we're interested in that's on the EMH list is Test Track. Will we be able to walk around the World Showcase and see all the countries during this early time, or will all that not be opened yet?

World ShowCase does not open until 11:00 am. When we were there in March Test Track, Spaceship Earth, Ellen's energy and Body Wars were open..at least that what i remember.

world showcase generally does not open until a bit later in the day. typically 10 or 11 am. EMH only applys to the Future World area of Epcot.

As stated above - the World Showcase does not open until 11:00. If you are really looking forward to riding Test Track right away, I would head there first. We went to Epcot EE in June. It was very busy and by the time we got to Test Track from the front gate, there was an hour wait in line and fastpass was already (I believe) 11:00. Now depending on when you are going - You could have a wait for Mission Space and Test Track. I have not heard if Mission Space will have a fastpass. Get a fastpass and head to something else!!! Or another thought skip early entry. We went another day to Epcot and it was DEAD! You could walk onto anything!
