Epcot EMH Plan

I have 1 day only to visit Epcot. It is on an EMH day. I have FP for soaring, mission space and character spot. What is best to do during EMH. Frozen? Test Track? Extra soaring. Not sure if i am better walking all the way down to frozen and then coming back to crowded front of epcot.
