Epcot early EMH w/o FPs?

We are going in October and plan to head to Epcot and be at the entrance by 7:45am for an 8am EMH on a Tuesday.

We want to ride: Maelstrom, Nemo, Living with the land and Figment boat ride.

I'd like to save my FPs for MK at night. Do you think we will be ok without FPs at Epcot? We will have a toddler with us and I'd prefer not to wait in line for anything for more than 10 minutes.

Those are all pretty short waits, so you shouldn't need FPs. The only one that can get a bit long sometimes is Maelstrom, but if you head over there close to World Showcase opening ( I think 10 or 11?) the line should still be short.

You should be fine for living with the land and Journey into Imagination. Maelstrom and Nemo might be longer than 10 mins. Most things are ever with lower crowds. You could hit up Nemo first, then Journey, head over to living with the Land, then head to Norway for Maelstrom when the showcase opens at 11.

Will figment and nemo be open at 8am for EMH? I use touring plans . com and it keeps saying I can't do either until 9am. I'm thinking this is a glitch.

I believe Figment does. I got there pretty early one visit and ask a CM if it was open, as I was the only person around. Rode by myself. Kind of fun.

I know that Living with the Land is part of EMH. I don't think the other 2 are though they might open a little early. Maelstrom definitely does not open until the time posted for World SHowcase. Normally 11 sometimes 10.

Even with Nemo & Figment not being open for ehm, you won't need to use FP+. We don't use FP+ in EPCOT when we get there at rope drop and that includes riding Soarin, Test Track, & Mission:Space. IMO, it's not worth it with the tiers. Would rather save it for another park later that day.

We were there for an EMH on Easter Sunday and rode Figment early, but I don't remember whether it was before 9:00 or not. I think it was. But agree with all previous posters. Considering that almost every other person in the rope drop crowd will be heading to TT or Soarin', you'll be golden going just about anywhere else.
