Epcot DP decorations?

Are any decorations, tablecloths, etc included in the Epcot DP's?

I noticed some photos have glow candles and tablecloths....are tables and chairs included?

If so, what is included exactly??

What do they offer that is extra and how much extra does it cost?

Any pics would be great!

We are looking to go simple, but I don't want to look stupid either!

Tables and chairs are included in the setup fee. You get a choice of either black or white tablecloths. We didn't decorate because we are cheap. But 90% of our photos from the DP are of the fireworks, and Disney decorated the dessert buffet, so it pretty much didn't matter.
