Epcot dolphins removed?

We visited in December, and one of DW's favorite attractions is the aquarium at Epcot. Her favorite is the dolphins, but when we went there were just a lot of smaller fish in the dolphin tank and we couldn't find the dolphins anywhere. Anyone know if they've been removed or if they might have just been moved for the day?

This last trip we had was just a trip where nothing could go right for us.

It doesn't surprise me at all that we just happened to catch them at a time when the dolphins weren't there.

I didn't see them in December either. :/ I assumed that they were just somewhere else that moment. I love seeing the Dolphins.

when they are getting ready to do a training session with the dolphins, they move them all to a different tank (holding area) because during the training session they only have one or two in the big tank at a time as the trainer works with them. So if you go and do not see the dolphins, find a Seas castmember and ask when the next dolphin show is...could be in just a few minutes. Well worth waiting for...they will tell you where to line up to get the best view.

I saw one dolphin in November....I think it was their feeding time when I overheard a CM explained to a visitor.....

As a suggestion for your next visit, if you don't see something, you might want to ask an attraction Cast Member about it and they should be able to tell you or get someone else to tell you. In this case a "where are the dolphins?" might have gotten you an answer or a solution.
