My DH and I will be fortunate enough to get one dinner together without DS4 and DD2 during our upcoming trip. We'd like to eat somewhere in Epcot where we can watch Illuminations. Of course good food is a must! We're really hoping to make the most of this one evening. Praying for no rain that night! :-)

Anyone have suggestions? Places to avoid?

I could be wrong, but I think the only restaurant where you will actually have the chance to watch illuminations is Rose and Crown and the new Tokyo dininig.

I know you won't be able to sit and see Illuminations, but my suggestion would be LeCellier in Canada. The food is great, the lights are dim and it is a Romatic setting.

My DH and I tried the Coral Reef the speciality is Seafood which was delicious. We also loved Le Cellier.

Most romantic at Epcot is Bistro de Paris upstairs in France. If you are lucky enough to get a window seat there, you will see the fireworks. Also, the food is probably the best on property with the exception of Victoria & Alberts.

I agree with this. It is pricey and there is a dress code, but very romantic and cozy. I also like Le Cellier. As another poster said the lights are dim and the food is delicious. Avoid Chefs de France and Biergarten as both are noisy restaurants. Good luck and enjoy!
