I'm planning a solo day, mostly going for the Flower and Garden Festival, but I want to finish my day viewing the Galactic Fireworks at DHS at 9pm. I am taking an early flight, but won't arrive in time for park opening -- I'll probably arrive around 9:30am. Both parks close at 9pm that day.
I'd like to park at EPCOT to arrive as early as possible, but my main concern is transportation at the end of the day. I assume that I can't take a boat to EPCOT and pass through the International Gateway after 9pm, correct?
So, I am looking at 2 options:
1. Park at EPCOT. Mid-afternoon take the ferry to DHS, and at the end of the day take a bus from DHS back to EPCOT parking.
2. Park at DHS, take the ferry to EPCOT. Then mid-afternoon take the ferry back to DHS and finish the day there.
Any recommendation? Any other option I missed?
