Hello Everyone!!
I'm new to the group and would love information on the EPCOT dessert party.
Our wedding is during the Food & Wine Festival, are you able to have the party during this time?
How far in advance do you have to book the party, it maybe to late for us (I hope not...our wedding is October 5, 2007) but I'm sure their are others who would love to know.

Thank you and have a magical day!!

I can't answer too many of your questions, but if you're interested in seeing the sample menus I can email them to you just send me a PM. We're also having our dessert party at Epcot, but booked it when we originally signed our contract. I would definitely call your planner asap to get the answers to all your questions.

I would contact your planner right away to find out, its less than 3 weeks away! I know there is rental fee for the location and then you pay per person starting around $20 per person. If you want to see pictures check out my trip report, I just posted a bunch from our dessert party.

Well, we're having a Dessert Party after our wedding on Oct 1, so I would imagine you could do so as well if you contacted someone right away to arrange it! I hope it isn't too late for you, because they really look like a lot of fun.

The dessert party was booked.......oh well, I tried!!! Maybe next year on our anniversary.

The way my planner talked, I thought the dessert party was only offered at one area in EPCOT. We are actually having our reception at San Angel Inn.
