Epcot dessert party minimums?

I am trying to find out what the 2010 minimum per person spend will be. We are planning to have the DP at the Bonsai Terrace in Japan, although I know very few people use this location, so I am happy to have prices for other venues.

Also, as the maximum number of people allowed at Japan is only 10, am I correct in assuming I should multiply the typical location minimum by 10? I know this sounds like a daft question, but Disney seem to be applying a low number fee on my BEO because I have less than 19 guests!

Finally, has anyone ever extended their DP by 1/2 hour (i.e. food service for 1 1/2 hours)? If so, was the additional charge half the price again or is it worked out some other way?

I was told the minimum per person was $22 plus the venue rental fee.

We are going to be at UK Lockside. We have a minimum food and beverage number for the location and not per person. I think it is around $440 for that location. I was told that all dessert parties are now and hour and half but I think they may only refresh the food for an hour but they will leave it out for the full time.

Sorry, I just checked and the F&B is actually $23 per person according to my coordinator. Reguardless of what the site minimum is, you must spend $23 per person so if you have a site with a $500 minimum but only 10 guests you have to spend $50 per person instead of the $23. But if you have 22 guests or more then you only have to spend the $23 per person. HTH :)
