Epcot Dessert Buffet - July 4

I thought I had read somewhere that there is a dessert buffet in the World Showcase on July 4 each year. How much is it and how does it work?

No clue but if anyone knows I would love to hear it. dessert is a favorite here and we'll be there July 4th! Do tell!

Never heard of that either, maybe people are making their own dessert buffets by eating at all the countries ha ha
