Just wondering where do we pick up a DAS in Epcot with all the construction?

They had an employee outside the guest services area and she directed us to a blue umbrella area to get ours. I think they have probably moved The umbrellas since early February but they were along the wall around the former fountain of nations area I know they have since rerouted traffic since then
