Epcot crowd levels bump to 8-9 on March 2/3

we are visiting 2/25-3/3 and noticed the crowd levels just for Epcot bump to 9 for march 2nd and 3rd. Do we think it is likely due to Flower and Garden Festival starting? would these dates be hard to get dining reservations or is this more due to the festival and/or vloggers??

I think it's been expected that they will soon announce that March 2/3 will be the start of the F&G festival, so that might have something to do with it. Perhaps this is an indication it's going to be official (or perhaps it is already official and I missed it!).
