Any suggestions for Epcot Counter Service? Things you've loved or your kids enjoyed? We've only been to Epcot 1x and we ate in Italy. Not very familiar with what's available. We'll be spending most of our time between Soarin, Nemo, Crush area, but we do want to explore a bit as well.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

I got a glowing recommendation from a friend today for Rose & Crown in England Pavilion for Fish & Chips. I'll be going soon and spending a day in Epcot so I was looking for something quick, too. Have fun!:goodvibes

Sunshine Seasons may be a good place for you because it is located in the Land which is where you will be spending much of your day and because the food is good. There is a large variety and we haven't had a bad meal there yet.

We liked Sunshine Seasons too. They have a huge variety of foods. We have also eaten the Fish & chips in England. Very good. We also ate at the Electric Umbrella. We weren't impressed. But we really don't like fast food burgers. That is what we ordered there. Plus, we love snacking on the pastries in France. Yummy...

Sunshine Seasons is very good with lots of selection.

Electric Umbrella is one of the worst places in all of WDW. The food was nearly inedible.

The fish & chips place is decent, but there's no seating.

I'd suggest eating some Fish and Chips in the UK and then walking over to France for something sugary from the bakery :goodvibes

The Yorkshire County Fish Shop for fish and chips is a must do for DH! I don't like fish but he raves about this place. I don't believe it has anything to do with Rose and Crown?:confused3 It is in England. There is a great quiet seating area right across from the fish and chips stand. It's near the shops, I believe the tea shop. There are tables with umbrellas and chairs. It is so nice!

My personal favorite is Sunshine Seasons. Lots of choices. The beef stir fry with rice and veggies is really good as well as the rotisserie chicken flatbread.

I really enjoy the food at the Tangerine Cafe. I usually order Shawarma platter....I just can't get enough of that tabbouleh. The Sunshine seasons seems to be closer to the area you'll be spending your time though.

I really enjoy the food at the Tangerine Cafe.
I really like Tangerine Cafe too. If nothing else, the food is different from most other CS in WDW - the variety is nice. However, it's not near the Crush/Soarin' part of the park at all.

We went to Sunshine Seasons (in the Land pavilion) and enjoyed it. There's a nice variety and the food was good. There's also decent seating - we were there at 11:45, the day before Thanksgiving and were able to find a seat for 4.

Thanks for the suggestions...I will pencil in Sunshine Seasons and make a note about those pastries....maybe we can take a walk over there. I hear that is where Aurora and Beauty & the Beast are too.

No personal experience here, but I remember a thread awhile back that sounded good to me. French bakery - you could pick any sandwich and a dessert plus a drink "build your own" meal, kind of. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's how it was. I would like to do this!
