EpCot counter service salads

are there any good counter service salads in EpCot?

At the Seasons Food court in the Land Pavillion they have a salad station with a chicken ceaser and some sort of seard ahi Tuna salad. I had the Chicken ceaser last year and it was very good.
The Seasons Food court has lots of fresh salads, soups, sandwiches some hot food options. It is not a hamburger, pizza type joint.

There are also salads at Liberty Inn, Cantina de San Angel, Electric Umbrella, and Yakitori House. Can't vouch for how good they are, though.

Oh, BTW Epcot isn't spelled with a capital C.

I am a salad freak. I order them all the time. The one at Liberty Inn is good.

I had a salad at the Electric Umbrella on our last trip and it was wonderful. It had chicken and mango in it. I wasn't too sure about fruit in my salad but it was great!

The salads at Sunshine Seasons are awesome.

My DH had the caesar chicken salad at Liberty Inn and enjoyed it.

The Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad at Sunshine Seasons is VERY tasty.
