I'm having a hard time telling from the concept art but how many new structures are they actually building for this? I see that two tiered structure that will be closer to the entrance of world showcase. The nature area looks to be a lot of fancy landscaping and water features. But what about on the opposite side from world nature? I don't see many new large structures besides that one closer to world showcase.

Correct. Pin Central has moved/merged with the shops under SSE.

Look at Blog Mickey's latest pictures. You can see where the heat from the firebox has taken the paint off ans the rust area above the fire box. It's been fired up.
